on 2010-06-28The gears slip (routinely) and it requires multiple attempts to even latch onto the can. The color and looks are wonderful... however, as a can opener it STINKS!

No more skipping places on the lid, not really opening the can.
The large handle makes it easy on the hand and wrist. Have
purchased another one to keep on hand, and one more that I gave
to my daughter.

on 2010-01-24Very comfortable grip. Nice thick handles. Excellent design of can opener creates very little stress on fingers, hand and wrist. Probably very good for arthritis sufferers who have a hard time gripping other can openers.

on 2010-01-18I too, was not able to open a can after about 9 months. The "cuteness" of having a little set of matching gadgets was too short lived..... I'm sad and disappointed.
